Yes. We accept POs from public school districts, charter schools, private schools, universities, and university departments. Most district POs are processed and invoiced under Net 30 terms after initial vendor setup. Tell us your district's PO process during your initial call and we'll align to it.
Public school districts, charter schools, and qualifying non-profits don't pay sales tax on orders. We collect your tax exemption certificate during account setup (a one-time upload), and every future order is automatically tax-exempt. We keep your certificate on file and apply it without you having to re-send it for every order.
Yes. We build branded online stores for individual schools, district-wide programs, booster clubs, and Greek chapters. You set the SKU catalog and pricing (including any fundraising markup), we handle production, fulfillment, customer service, and reporting. Setup typically takes 2-3 weeks. No minimum monthly commitment.
Standard production is 10-14 business days from artwork approval. Rush production (5-7 business days) is available for an added fee on most projects. For game-day or event deadlines, share the date upfront and we'll confirm achievability in the quote. School orders during August and September run on tighter timelines due to back-to-school volume, so we recommend submitting requests as early as possible.
Yes, this is a significant portion of our school business. We work directly with booster clubs, PTA/PTO, parent organizations, and band/orchestra parent groups. We offer pre-sale order coordination, online store setup, fundraising markup pricing, and direct-to-family fulfillment. Booster orders don't typically require a school PO, but we can invoice the club directly.
For specific universities, licensing requirements vary. Some institutions require vendors to be officially licensed through CLC or the university's licensing office. We can help you navigate the licensing process or work with university-licensed designs you've already approved. For Greek organizations, we comply with national headquarters licensing requirements for sorority and fraternity insignia.
