How early should you start the conversation?

A realistic timeline working backward from your event date. Earlier is better, but we have rush capability when you need it.

The sweet spot. We can finalize designs, hit standard production windows, accommodate any quantity changes, and arrange delivery without rush fees.
4-6 Weeks Out
Standard production window
Most event apparel orders are placed in this window. Time for proofs, approval, production, and on-site delivery without rushing anything.
2-3 Weeks Out
Rush production zone
Doable for most projects with rush surcharge. Some premium garments and specialty decorations may have constraints. Confirm with your event specialist.
1 Week Out
Express rush only
Small batches up to 200 units with DTF or UV decoration. Premium rush fee. Limited garment selection. We've made it happen, but it's tight.

Yes. We deliver directly to hotel ballrooms, convention centers, festival sites, and registration desks across the US. We coordinate with the venue's receiving department, time delivery to your load-in window, and provide tracking and signed proof of delivery. For complex venues, we'll work with your event coordinator on the logistics directly.
For small batches (under 200 units) using DTF or UV decoration, we've delivered as late as 5 business days before an event. For larger volumes or premium decoration methods, 2-3 weeks is the realistic rush window. Tell us your event date upfront and we'll confirm what's achievable. Rush surcharges apply.
Yes, within limits. Before production starts, quantity adjustments are free. After production starts but before completion, we can typically add a small additional batch as a rush add-on. After everything is decorated, additional units can be produced as a separate rush order. The earlier you can lock final counts, the better, but we know event RSVPs are moving targets.
Yes. We don't just print the apparel, we can assemble complete attendee kits with the shirt, hat, bag, water bottle, lanyard, sponsor inserts, and any other items you want included. Kits arrive pre-assembled, counted, and ready to hand out at registration. Custom branded packaging available.
Yes. This is one of our most common event requests. Same garment, different decoration. We coordinate fonts, placement, and color so STAFF / VOLUNTEER / VIP / SPEAKER / PRESS shirts all look like part of the same coordinated team. Common color-coding by role available as well.
Yes. For events with multiple sponsors (title, presenting, gold, silver tiers), we handle the placement hierarchy, sizing, and approval workflows. Title sponsor gets primary placement, presenting goes secondary, lower tiers on sleeves or back. We can also coordinate sponsor proof approvals before production.
Yes, this is some of our favorite work. For annual events, we keep your designs, sponsor list, venue contacts, and quantities from past years on file. Planning the next year's production typically starts within a month of the previous event wrapping. Same account specialist handles the program year over year.
