Full-color to PET film
Your artwork is printed in full color onto a special PET transfer film using high-quality pigment inks — preserving every gradient, fine line, and detail.
Bond and set
Hot-melt adhesive powder is applied to the wet ink layer and cured in an oven. This creates a permanent bond between the ink and the adhesive film.
Transfer to garment
The cured transfer film is heat-pressed onto your garment at precise temperature and pressure settings calibrated for your specific fabric type.
QC and delivery
Every piece is inspected for placement accuracy and print quality. Approved pieces are folded, packaged, and shipped or held for pickup.
