Prepare your artwork

Print on transfer film
Your design is printed onto a special transfer film using UV-curable inks. These inks are immediately cured by UV light during printing, producing sharp detail and vibrant color from the start.
Bond layer applied
A clear adhesive layer is applied over the printed film. This adhesive is what creates the strong, lasting bond between the UV-printed design and the final product surface.
Positioned and pressed
The transfer film is precisely positioned on your product and firmly applied by hand or with a tool. Once placed, the backing film is carefully peeled away, leaving the design bonded to the surface.
QC and delivery
Each finished product is inspected for adhesion quality, color accuracy, and placement. Approved items are cleaned, packaged, and shipped or prepared for pickup.
